Do I have to be a good dancer to partake in the Afro Workout?Absolutely not! This is for all levels, even if you think you have two left feet. Come along!

What should I wear to the class?Wear comfortable workout clothes that allow you to move freely. Sneakers with good support are recommended.

Do I need any dance experience?No dance experience is necessary! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels and abilities.

How will I be supported?We have a group chat on whatsapp where you can post your questions and chat with other amazing people. Our coaches are also available to chat with. We also have a support team available for social media, email and live chat.

How many calories can I expect to burn?You can burn 400+ calories per class, depending on your effort and intensity.

How long is each class?Each class lasts approximately 1 hour, including a warm-up and cool-down session.

Do i need any equipment?Not at all, all you need to bring is your wonderful self, face towel and a bottle of water. If any equipment is required in the future, you'll be informed via our family groupchat and all our social media platforms
